Sorry I kinda went on a rant on this one but I think it’s important that we don’t lose our incoming sales calls because green peas are too afraid to catch a call or fumble it. USE THIS SCRIPT! Or modify it at your will. Show them this video so they understand why and how to use this script.
I recommend putting a stack of these scripts by the telephone near the sales tower so that managers can control how the phone is being used. This is a VERY simple dumbed-down script that is way simpler than what you’re used to. But remember, we don’t want to lose phone traffic because we just aren’t answering or flat FUMBLING the phone call!
